Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement service. To be eligible for a replacement, please follow the steps below:

- Provide Evidence: Include a clear photograph of the damaged product in your email. This is mandatory to process your request.
- Product Replacement: Upon receiving your email with the required photo, our team will review your claim. If approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Additional Information
- Timeframe for Reporting: All claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Shipping for Replacements: We will cover the shipping cost for sending you the replacement product.
- Non-Eligible Items: Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
